Location
Since April 1, 2026, Locality B.V. has been housed in Sparrenheuvel Offices (Sparrenheuvel A, Unit 0.1.5)
These offices are located on the Sparrenheuvel estate, a historic country house dating back to 1824 with a beautiful landscaped park. When large plots of land from Slot Zeist came up for sale in 1818, the 29-year-old Amsterdam rentier Everard Cornelis Schröder purchased a plot and had a country house built on it. He also had fir trees planted because they were very “en vogue” at the time, and named the country house Sparrenheuvel. Sparrenheuvel has been a national monument since 1968 and has been expanded with offices featuring modern architecture. You can find more information about the history of Sparrenheuvel here.

Locality is a company that has sustainability at its heart and wants to walk the talk! For that reason, we have chosen a location very well accessible by public transport as we want to encourage you to use sustainable and healthy modes of transport.
Public transport
Sparrenheuvel has a bus stop just around the corner with buses coming from Utrecht Centraal or Driebergen-Zeist 4 times per hour. The public transport travel planner app 9292 and website 9292.nl can be used to find connections for trains, metro, bus, tram and ferry for the entire Netherlands and also offer ticketing. In addition, you can pay directly with your bank pass or mobile phone. For the sporty types, the 25-30 minute forest walk from Driebergen-Zeist is worth a try on sunny days!
Car
For visitors coming by car, there are plenty of public parking spots (labeled 'algemene parkeerplaats') behind the building that can be used free of charge.
Bicycle
Great that you made the most sustainable and healthy choice! You can park your bicycle in the enclosed bike parking spots right outside the door.
Hungry or thirsty?
The centre of Zeist is just a stone's throw from our office, with plenty of cafés and restaurants where you can get a meal or a drink.
